Business Transformation Analyst – Finance

📋 Description

• Facilitate organization-wide transformation initiatives that are in line with growth goals and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to grasp business requirements and align transformation activities with company objectives.

• Assist in the design and implementation of transformation programs alongside cross-functional teams.

• Leverage AI tools and technologies to automate processes, improve decision-making, and speed up innovation.

• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with technology and business leaders.

• Employ analytical methods to diagnose issues, resolve challenges, and guide decision-making.

• Promote adoption and cultural integration through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.

• Collaborate with leadership to establish success metrics and track progress toward transformation goals.

• Monitor outcomes, manage risks, and integrate continuous improvement into transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Certification as a Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.

• A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in business analysis and data analysis, or a suitable combination of education and experience is required.

• Experience utilizing AI and analytics to enhance business processes is highly preferred.

• Strong skills in collaboration, influence, and communication are essential.

• Must be analytical, innovative, and capable of navigating ambiguity within complex organizations.

• Familiarity with large language models and AI applications is required.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical and interpretive capabilities.
