Business Tech Specialist II – Financial Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, design of flow architecture, and development plan for the integration and upkeep of payment systems (TEF, POS) with the Group’s retail locations.

• Manage the governance of terminal certification and approval processes, as well as the architecture for observability, telemetry, and operational KPI solutions in the area.

• Perform in-depth investigations into structural systemic issues (RCA), establishing lasting solutions to reduce transactional risks and financial losses.

• Shape and align technical and product decisions among management, executive leadership, card schemes/arrangements, and third-party vendors.

• Advocate for product-agile best practices, assisting teams in converting strategic visions into effective plans and breaking down initiatives into actionable tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior or specialist experience as a Business Tech Specialist, Solutions Architect, or a similar position focused on transactional platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of physical payment flows: TEF topologies, communication with points of sale (POS), acquirer certifications, and POS/SmartPOS hardware.

• Proven record of providing matrix technical leadership in large-scale projects or the restructuring of high-criticality payment platforms.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a strong capacity to independently mobilize collaborative networks.
