This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as a crucial connection between our corporate technology framework and the strategic development of our firm.
• Engage collaboratively with stakeholders to guarantee efficient business operating systems.
• Uphold governance and ensure sound decision-making regarding essential system integrations.
• Assist in the shift from traditional metrics to outcome-based value assessments.
• Over 10 years of experience in Business Systems, Solutions Architecture, or a comparable role, with demonstrated expertise in managing, directing, and ensuring quality in the work of individual contributors or Salesforce professionals.
• Strong comprehension of professional services operations and accounting principles, particularly in the areas of Bookings, Billings, and Revenue Recognition.
• Extensive hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem is essential. A Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory (certifications in Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Architect track are highly beneficial).
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or equivalent financial systems is highly desirable.
• Proven capability to manage and integrate corporate platforms, including HRIS, collaboration tools, and financial systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; a degree in IT or Technology is also welcome.
