This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Serve as the liaison among diverse stakeholders to ensure our business operating system is both aligned and effective.
• Engage closely with the Director of Business Insights to promote seamless data flow.
• Empower the RevOps team by fostering a high-performing sales and marketing engine, all while upholding firm-wide governance.
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and their team to realize our technical vision.
• Develop and sustain thorough documentation for all system configurations, business logic, and integration workflows.
• Provide daily guidance and managerial oversight for a small team of employees and contractors involved in key projects.
• Work in partnership with functional leaders across the organization to ensure our corporate technology stack supports the entire client and employee lifecycle.
• Take ownership of the logic that enables seamless data flow from a contract to an invoice, revenue recognition template, and billing schedule downstream.
• Oversee our technology cost footprint and ensure our systems facilitate the shift from traditional productivity metrics to value-based outcomes.
• Establish and uphold standards for data integrity and governance.
• Over 10 years of experience in Business Systems, Solutions Architecture, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing, directing, and ensuring the quality of work from individual contributors or Salesforce professionals.
• Experience in a global Professional Services or B2B setting is highly advantageous.
• Strong comprehension of professional services operations and accounting principles, particularly Bookings vs. Billings vs. Revenue Recognition.
• Extensive hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem is critical.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a must.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or comparable financial systems is highly desirable.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
