This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team of business systems analysts directly.
• Implement a structured one-on-one meeting practice.
• Manage the complete talent management process for your team.
• Participate in the hiring decisions for your team.
• Design and take charge of the onboarding experience for new BSAs.
• Create and sustain the team’s domain enablement resources.
• Establish and maintain the quality standards for business analysis tasks within your team.
• Utilize your evaluation of deliverables as a tool for development.
• Handle complex or cross-domain tasks personally.
• Ensure consistent handling of shared Salesforce objects across pods by your team.
• Manage a streamlined post-launch adoption feedback loop.
• Each BSA on your team is responsible for a specific domain throughout the sales and customer lifecycle.
• Foster a team culture where analysts proactively identify issues within their domain.
• Maintain clear ownership mapping within the team.
• Evaluate team capacity and highlight constraints that influence prioritization and resource allocation decisions.
• Take ownership of how your analysts execute their work.
• Manage the GTM systems vendor portfolio.
• Provide reports on team performance and capacity to the Director of Business Systems.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct management experience over business systems analysts, Salesforce administrators, or similar technical and functional roles.
• At least 5 years of experience working in or closely with GTM systems, primarily on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
• Proficiency in the Salesforce platform sufficient to critically assess your team’s output.
• Strong hands-on analytical skills.
