This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide essential support for the Brokerage business Support Ecosystem
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
• Design and maintain automation and integration solutions
• Act as the main point of contact for support inquiries
• Record all support requests in the ticketing system
• Identify and escalate more complex issues
• Ensure clear communication with users
• Update and manage support documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Over 3 years of experience in a technical support position
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL
• Intermediate proficiency in Python
• Experience with enterprise-level applications
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks at once
• Team-oriented
• Certifications in relevant applications (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
• Industry experience in logistics, freight, or transportation
