This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various business functions to gain insight into current workflows, identify challenges, and design enhancements.
• Convert vague business requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions — ranging from quick automations to comprehensive multi-system integrations.
• Advocate for a ship-and-iterate approach: implement a working solution, learn from it, and refine it over time instead of waiting for ideal requirements.
• Configure and sustain connected business systems (Salesforce, Jira, n8n, Dataiku, Snowflake, and others) to accurately reflect ongoing business operations.
• Develop and manage integrations and automations between systems using APIs, low-code platforms (such as n8n), and declarative tools.
• Support quote-to-cash processes, including management of pricing data, tracking contract lifecycles, automating billing, and other essential functions for scaling and future-proofing the business.
• Assess and onboard new SaaS tools in collaboration with IT, Security, and business stakeholders.
• Assist with environment management, configuration documentation, and release coordination for internal business systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, integrations, and processes to ensure continuity and facilitate team collaboration.
• Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Communicate completed tasks and their business impact widely — we celebrate our achievements and enhance visibility for the team.
• Over 6 years of experience in a business systems, operations, or technical consulting role.
• Practical experience in configuring and optimizing SaaS platforms.
• Proficient with workflow automation tools and integration platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, LLMs) and ease in incorporating them into daily work.
• Strong analytical mindset: adept at gathering unclear requirements, structuring problems, and striving for practical solutions.
• Experience working across diverse business functions (Sales, Finance, Customer Success, etc.) as a technical partner.
• Exceptional communication skills — capable of translating between business stakeholders and technical systems.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing requirements; you iterate rather than wait for perfection.
• Preferred: Background in fintech, payments, or SaaS businesses.
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with BI or data analysis tools.
• Experience administering or developing within common enterprise business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or version-controlled configuration management (e.g., Git).
