Business Systems Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional Level 1 and Level 2 support, ensuring timely and high-quality service for clients.

• Evaluate and resolve incidents, inquiries, and requests related to NetSuite.

• Execute minor enhancements, optimizations, and customizations within the system.

• Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement and enhance platform utilization.

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs and propose effective solutions.

• Draft functional specifications for system modifications, enhancements, and integrations.

• Assist in testing and validation (SIT, UAT) of implemented changes.

• Address Brazil localization requirements (BRHub / BR Localization).

• Keep documentation current and provide training support as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle NetSuite in maintenance, support, implementation, and/or continuous improvement.

• Background in client-facing roles and customer service.

• Functional understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Operations.

• Experience with localization (BRHub and BR Localization).

• Strong analytical abilities with an emphasis on problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills and the capability to convert business needs into practical solutions.
