This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main administrator for the GTM technology stack, which includes Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Celigo, ZoomInfo, Spiff, Tableau, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee user administration, profiles, maintenance, troubleshooting, change requests, permissions, workflows, validation rules, and system configuration.
• Ensure data integrity, system hygiene, and compliance with governance standards across GTM systems.
• Enhance automations, workflows, dashboards, and reporting structures for better efficiency.
• Collect stakeholder requirements and implement scalable improvements to the GTM system.
• Maintain integrations between GTM tools and business systems, including ERP, marketing automation, customer support, billing, and RevOps tools.
• Address system issues and provide support to end users.
• Facilitate training and refresher courses for GTM team members.
• Assist with forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, lead management, and optimizing sales processes.
• Enhance operational workflows and ensure reporting consistency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance departments.
• Create and uphold KPI frameworks, data definitions, and operational best practices.
• Help with commission tracking, bookings analysis, churn reporting, and customer lifecycle analytics.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and regular business performance analyses.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and operational initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy while identifying inconsistencies or gaps.
• Assist with data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and migration efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in GTM systems administration and maintenance (Salesforce or comparable), Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Practical experience in administering and maintaining Salesforce and other GTM platforms within a professional context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced experience with GTM system data structures, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS business model; experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, Spiff, and ZoomInfo.
• Experience in supporting sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, bookings reporting, and churn/renewal analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, or BI platforms.
