Business Systems Analyst – TR to ERPs Integration – Oracle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis, mapping, and specification for integrations between ERPs and fiscal solutions/DF-e messaging systems used for electronic fiscal documents.

• Collect requirements from tax, accounting, IT, and business departments.

• Map both inbound and outbound fiscal processes within the ERP system.

• Convert tax regulations into system requirements.

• Define integrations between ERP systems, DF-e messaging services, and fiscal solutions.

• Create field mappings (ERP x fiscal solution x XML).

• Analyze XMLs, rejections, and responses from SEFAZ and municipal authorities.

• Assist in integrated testing, homologation (UAT), and fiscal validation processes.

• Identify gaps in data, configuration, and processes.

• Document workflows, rules, layouts, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with vendors and technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Brazilian tax and fiscal processes.

• Familiarity with electronic fiscal documents: NF-e, NFC-e, NFS-e, CT-e, and MDF-e.

• Experience in ERP-to-fiscal/messaging solution integrations.

• Knowledge of fiscal XML and DF-e schemas; APIs and web services; file formats (TXT, CSV, XML, JSON); and databases.

• Experience in processes such as billing, procurement, goods receipt, fiscal operations, and logistics.

• Ability to map data and develop source-to-target mappings.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience in producing functional documentation.

• Familiarity with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and/or Oracle.

• Working knowledge of SQL.

• Understanding of SPED Fiscal / EFD Contribuições, tax reporting obligations, and tax calculation engines.

• Experience in ERP implementation/migration projects, fiscal solutions, or DF-e messaging projects.

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
