This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Conduct an analysis of root causes and resolve issues in business systems, interfaces, configurations, etc.
• Assess the business needs of the designated functional area.
• Configure and test Salesforce.com and other systems.
• Develop functional specifications for system functions and reports.
• Document the technical design that will be utilized for implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 4 years of experience in a business systems analyst role or related service experience.
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification.
• Salesforce.com Business Analyst certification.
• Over 2 years of experience in configuring the Salesforce.com platform.
• Experience working within an Agile methodology in a global environment.
• Ability to manage and navigate various cultures and nationalities.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining business and technical documentation.
• Confidence in multitasking and attention to detail.
• Experience in complex global enterprises.
