Business Systems Analyst – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees a team of analysts tasked with analyzing the development of new business systems and enhancing existing systems.

• Distributes resources within the analysis team and tracks deliverables to ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently and promptly.

• Develops, implements, and maintains business intelligence solutions.

• Offers expertise and project assistance for both functional and technical processes pertaining to all financial tools and procedures.

• Assesses, reviews, and evaluates business systems alongside user requirements.

• Conducts functionality and system testing to replicate the end-user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field as an individual contributor.

• 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience may be necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant area of expertise.

• Knowledgeable about widely used concepts, practices, and procedures in the insurance sector.

• Familiar with relational database concepts and client-server architecture.
