Business Systems Analyst II – Enterprise Platforms Servicing Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with various business units to convert business requirements into high-quality software solutions.

• Aiding in the design, development, and execution of specified solutions in accordance with Agile Software development methodologies.

• Offering operational support for all managed enterprise-wide software applications.

• Striving to leverage technology to enhance products, services, and/or business processes.

• Supervising all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide software applications.

• Facilitating joint discussions on business/IT requirements and solutions, along with stakeholder review meetings.

• Recognizing software functional deficiencies and areas for enhancement.

• Working together with product owners to develop a product backlog utilizing Agile practices.

• Crafting user stories complete with relevant acceptance criteria.

• Engaging as a technical subject matter expert throughout project implementation from start to finish.

• Advocating for Agile practices and promoting service improvement.

• Designing, producing, and documenting process flows, technical requirements lists, specifications, diagrams, scenarios, mockups, and/or models for the development team.

• Delivering Tier 2 application support to maintain daily business line operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a two-year degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration is required, or 2 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience.

• Equivalent work experience may be taken into account in place of a 2-year degree.

• Agile certifications are preferred.

• At least four years of experience in financial or health services, including technical business analysis, product development, and process improvement.

• Experience in an Agile environment or the Azure ecosystem (DevOps) is highly desired.
