This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology by identifying tasks and techniques.

• Develop and manage User Stories/Requirements for various projects.

• Align user stories with features and establish acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner on user story refinement and prioritization of the backlog.

• Follow Agile principles throughout the execution of the role.

• Promote collaboration across cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate stakeholder communication to discern business needs.

• Document business processes along with functional, non-functional, and technical specifications.

• Ensure adherence to audit requirements.

• Conduct research and analysis to uncover trends that aid decision-making.

• Generate simple SQL queries and data maps as required.

• Build and maintain a repository of project artifacts using SharePoint or Jira.

• Lead departmental initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Offer mentoring and training to junior team members.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps are highly regarded.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Familiarity with Azure Development Ops (ADO) or JIRA is an advantage.

• At least 3 years of SQL querying experience.

• A minimum of 1 year in modeling/mapping business processes.

• Over 1 year of experience in planning and facilitating UAT for projects and enhancements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations with various audio/visual aids, negotiate, and build consensus with limited oversight.

• Capability to perform detailed data mapping and data modeling, along with creating network topology diagrams and process flow diagrams.

• Knowledge of APIs is essential.

• Practical experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL, .NET, MySQL, Java, and web-based applications is required.
