Business Systems Analyst – Enterprise Demand & Intake

📋 Description

• Deliver Business Systems Analysis assistance within a specific business or process domain.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business goals, processes, priorities, and challenges.

• Conduct process-specific requirements analysis by means of interviews, document and artifact evaluation, business process descriptions, and task and workflow examination.

• Generate comprehensive process documentation, encompassing system requirements, process flows, and use cases.

• Formulate business cases for system improvements and the development of new processes.

• Aid in planning initiatives, feasibility assessments, cost/benefit analyses, and the design of new systems.

• Work in partnership with internal and external users or clients to gather business concerns and devise effective solutions.

• Assist in process enhancement feasibility studies and produce data-supported justification documentation.

• Help identify impacts on current systems and processes.

• Foster collaborative relationships with business and IT teams.

• Support the creation and delivery of end-user training.

• Address end-user inquiries regarding processes and collaborate with IT colleagues on process/system support and ongoing issue analysis and resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Proficiency in Google Docs and Teams.

• Knowledge of SQL queries and databases is essential.

• Capability to perform requirements analysis and facilitate or lead meetings.

• Must successfully pass background checks, drug screening, and reference checks as pre-hire clearances.
