This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, maintain, and disseminate performance dashboards along with a reporting cadence (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) that encompasses occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, labor productivity, operational cost metrics, and portfolio trends.
• Construct and refine KPI frameworks for Postcard Cabins, ensuring measurement consistency across properties while aligning with Hotel Equities standards.
• Execute competitive benchmarking utilizing internal data and additional industry resources.
• Assist in the creation of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning models in collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Revenue Management.
• Evaluate profitability drivers and pinpoint opportunities to enhance margins, optimize pricing, and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct ROI analyses for capital projects, technology investments, and new initiatives.
• Provide root-cause analysis on variances compared to budget, forecast, and year-over-year performance.
• Act as a subject-matter expert across technology platforms (PMS, Profitsword, Marriott platforms), financial systems, and supporting tools utilized within Postcard Cabins and Hotel Equities.
• Advocate for data integrity, validation, and consistency across all data sources.
• Collaborate with corporate and property-level teams to comprehend business needs and develop reporting tools that facilitate decision-making.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership during monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Convert analytical findings into clear, business-friendly narratives and actionable steps.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems, hospitality management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, systems analysis, or financial/operational reporting; hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft products, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.), and PMS/POS/financial systems commonly used in hospitality.
• Capability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
