This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Lead and manage a team of business and technical experts, facilitating weekly meetings, resolving issues, setting goals, overseeing performance, and collaborating with government clients, prime contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze, enhance, and oversee comprehensive business processes, including billing and financial management systems.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and create solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, transparency, and overall business performance.
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders, converting them into actionable business and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical tools to provide visibility into program and portfolio performance.
• Integrate data from various systems and sources into centralized tracking and reporting frameworks.
• Create automated and tailored reports for program managers and executive leadership.
• Present findings, trends, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project management plans, Standard Operating Procedures, process documentation, and lessons learned.
• Implement project management best practices and continuously enhance team processes and workflows.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams and other collaboration/productivity tools to streamline documentation, communication, approvals, and stakeholder cooperation.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders and translate it into actionable process enhancements.
• Assist in project planning, execution, status reporting, issue tracking, and other program management tasks.
• Oversee project administration, timekeeping, documentation, and compliance obligations for federal projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis, business analysis, systems analysis, project management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Extensive experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and KPI development.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Experience in improving business processes and establishing standardized procedures and workflows.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively engage with government clients, contractors, technical teams, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience on federal government IT projects, preferably within HHS or other federal healthcare agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience supporting HHS or other federal healthcare IT initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience with federal billing, financial management, or Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) processes.
• Preferred: Experience in developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, or similar analytical tools.
• Preferred: Experience in portfolio management, program management, or PMO activities.
• Preferred: Experience in creating SOPs, Project Management Plans, and process documentation.
• Preferred: PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other relevant professional certifications.
• Preferred: Familiarity with federal acquisition, contracting, and program management processes.
• Preferred: Experience working in a contractor/prime contractor environment.
