Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conducts reviews, analyzes, and assesses business systems and user requirements.

• Documents specifications, establishes scope and objectives, and designs systems that align with overarching business strategies.

• Identifies and reports system errors and discrepancies; analyzes and develops requirements for correcting these issues.

• Aids in preserving connections between commercial system vendors.

• Executes functionality and system testing to replicate the end-user experience.

• Engages in exploratory testing and analysis for quality assurance prior to application release.

• May oversee and guide the work of others.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field may be necessary.

• Requires 2-5 years of experience in the industry or a related area.

• Knowledgeable about widely used concepts, practices, and procedures within the insurance sector.

• Familiar with relational database principles and client-server models.
