This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the setup of Salesforce users, including roles, profiles, permissions, and security configurations.
• Manage Salesforce case operations to ensure compliance with SLAs and timely responses.
• Administer page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval workflows.
• Act as the primary contact for complex Salesforce user inquiries.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to CPQ and multi-instance Salesforce environments.
• Set up and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including catalogs, pricing structures, discount strategies, and approval workflows.
• Assist in Order Lifecycle Management processes, such as orders, renewals, cancellations, and billing triggers.
• Guarantee the alignment of Salesforce data with ERP/Billing systems.
• Work in conjunction with Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and Product teams.
• Suggest automation opportunities and promote ongoing process enhancements.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), oversee deployments, and create user training documentation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud).
• Possession of Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ administration and configuration.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce data model, sharing protocols, and security measures.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting intricate integrated system challenges.
