
Business Systems Administrator – Wealth Management Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the governance and policy administration for planning technology.
• Establish and uphold the approved planning technology standards and governance framework for Wealth Enhancement.
• Develop, update, and implement planning technology policies.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Compliance, IT, Procurement, and Operations on decisions related to planning technology.
• Support initiatives for enterprise technology consolidation and standardization.
• Evaluate and recommend planning technology standards, rationalization opportunities, and enhancements for future platforms aligned with business goals.
• Engage in technology due diligence during mergers and acquisitions.
• Oversee the integration of acquired offices into the approved planning technology platforms.
• Act as the primary business liaison for planning technology vendors.
• Serve as the main administrator and support resource for approved planning technologies.
• Monitor platform performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain configuration accuracy, addressing issues and coordinating corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitate advisor adoption of the approved planning technologies.
• Contribute to departmental and cross-functional projects as required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; or equivalent demonstrated experience through a combination of work, training, military service, and education.
• Over 4 years of experience in vendor management, technology licensing, or a similar role.
• Strong preference for experience within the financial services sector, ideally in an RIA environment.
• High proficiency in eMoney, Money Guide Pro, and Holistiplan is strongly preferred.
• Experience utilizing AI to enhance automation and efficiency in processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
