Business System Analyst, Crypto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collecting, verifying, and documenting both business and system requirements

• Modeling business processes, including cryptocurrency transaction flows, while pinpointing opportunities for enhancements

• Recognizing issues, risks, and advantages of current and proposed solutions, detailing business and technical impacts

• Designing and documenting integrations with external systems (such as blockchain networks, liquidity providers, and payment systems)

• Developing functional and system specifications (PRD, SRS, API documentation, and diagrams)

• Clarifying complex technical and blockchain-related concepts for cross-functional teams

• Defining business challenges through thorough investigation and collection of both technical and non-technical information

• Specifying detailed requirements and ensuring that delivered solutions align with business needs

• Engaging in integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of financial and transaction flows

• Enhancing and upholding product and project documentation standards

• Contributing to the development of methods and techniques for requirements management and business case preparation

• Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams on the design of solutions

• Possessing an understanding of blockchain fundamentals (transactions, confirmations, fees, wallets)

• Familiarity with major blockchain networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and EVM-based chains)

• Experience with APIs (REST, WebSocket), webhooks, and event-driven systems

• Comprehending the end-to-end transaction lifecycle (deposit, processing, settlement, withdrawal)

• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis

• Capacity to analyze logs, API responses, and transaction data

• Knowledge of tools such as Postman and Swagger

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Capability to simplify complex concepts in a user-friendly manner

• Effective logical reasoning and a structured approach

• High degree of prioritization, focus, and self-motivation

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), and Agile methodologies

• Experience with business analysis tools and process modeling (BPMN, UML, etc.)

• English proficiency: B2 (both spoken and written)
