Business System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete end-to-end design and implementation of solutions.

• Partner with solution architects and technical leads to create designs that meet requirements and comply with regulations.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to implement the proposed solution.

• Assist the Quality Assurance (QA) and Development teams through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Engage extensively with customers, leading the gathering of requirements, conducting training sessions, and providing product demonstrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale technical solutions.

• Strong independent capabilities, as the team's structure primarily depends on a single Business Analyst to guide individual projects.

• Willingness and capability to engage in long-term projects, typically lasting a minimum of 6 months, often extending to 12–18 months.

• 3 to 5 years of direct experience as a Business Analyst, ideally as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical/Systems Analyst.

• Proficiency in acting as the sole, primary Business Analyst overseeing large technical solutions from inception to completion.

• Extensive experience in customer interaction, leading requirements gathering, and facilitating training or demonstrations.

• Background in collaborating directly with solution architects and technical leads to design solutions that align with requirements and regulations.

• Capacity to manage multiple long-term projects simultaneously, generally spanning 12 to 18 months.
