Business System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Identify and document data integration needs between Partex.AI and both internal and external data sources.

• Ensure the health of integrations and maintain data quality in the outputs of Partex.AI.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to convert workflow requirements into platform specifications.

• Record discrepancies where identical data fields are sourced from multiple locations and establish resolution protocols.

• Create documentation for process flows and data flows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Systems Analyst.

• Proficient in data integration requirements, field mapping, and developing business rules.

• Strong background in data quality analysis and experience with agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, biotechnology, or other regulated sectors.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2 to C1/C2 level).

• Practical experience with tools such as Jira, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, or OnePlan.

• Familiarity with clinical, survey, SaaS, EDC/CTMS, or site intelligence platforms is advantageous.

• Knowledge of schemas, APIs, and basic SQL principles.
