Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for maintaining and developing analyses and data visualizations that empower program leaders to make informed strategic decisions.

• Advocate for change and efficiently manage the execution of innovative ideas.

• Actively communicate and collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to assess information requirements and functional needs.

• Engage in planning, needs assessment, and risk evaluation; consult with stakeholders on optimizing their data utilization through effective technology solutions.

• Capable of distilling large data sets into concise opportunities and strategies for leadership.

• Deliver actionable insights during monthly and quarterly program review meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Familiarity with basic accounting or finance is advantageous.

• Experience in data management and analysis (minimum of 2 years working with databases and generating data visualizations for Fortune 500 companies or leading consulting firms).

• Proficient in creating analytical visualizations.

• Strong expertise in Tableau and intermediate to advanced skills in Database and T-SQL.

• Background in developing ETL processes.

• Familiarity with Python, C#, PowerShell, SSIS packages, and Visual Studio is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Proven experience in crafting and delivering presentation decks to external audiences.

• Strong capability to design insightful dashboards and reports that facilitate business decision-making and outcomes.

• Exceptional attention to detail is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with all organizational levels.

• Technical proficiency in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
