Business Analyst – Identity & Authentication

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with program stakeholders to collect, confirm, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.

• Create user personas, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, interface mockups, and functional specifications that facilitate mobile authentication, enrollment, account recovery, proxy access, and integration with partner applications.

• Evaluate current workflows and system processes to uncover gaps, efficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Convert complex operational needs into straightforward, actionable requirements for technical teams.

• Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, and a Requirements Traceability Matrix.

• Assist in development, testing, and implementation by ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create business process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.

• Produce workflow diagrams and document user journeys for mobile authentication.

• Provide documentation for API integration guidance.

• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning within an Agile environment.

• Lead meetings, document action items, and ensure effective communication across program teams.

• Guarantee compliance with federal standards, program governance, and data security protocols.

• Offer continuous support, reporting, and analytical insights to Project Managers and government stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience with a BS/BA; 3 years with an MS/MA; 0 years with a PhD; 9 years with a High School Diploma.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Experience as a Business Analyst within federal government programs.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, user story development, and requirements management tools.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Self-motivated and proficient in working remotely.
