Business System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of defining and documenting data integration requirements between Partex.AI and both internal and external data sources.

• Record the details of data exchanges, including flow direction, triggers, fields, formats, transformation logic, and methods for handling conflicts or missing values.

• Assess whether integrations will utilize the SQL Server Data Warehouse or Databricks while managing the migration transition plan.

• Convert integration requirements into specifications ready for implementation and prioritize integrations based on business needs.

• Identify authoritative systems for investigator, site, enrollment, benchmark, and survey data.

• Establish rules for source conflict resolution, MDM matching and merging, and data-quality remediation.

• Transform feasibility workflow requirements into platform specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Engage in discovery processes with feasibility, business development, and site selection teams.

• Evaluate current feasibility processes to identify data gaps, integration failures, and missing feedback loops.

• Generate process-flow and data-flow documentation for RFP responses, site identification, and site selection workflows.

• Define criteria for testable integration and platform acceptance for clinical operations UAT.

• Act as the primary interface for requirements with the Partex.AI implementation team.

• Evaluate out-of-the-box platform capabilities and document any configuration or custom-integration gaps.

• Monitor integration delivery against the Q2–Q4 2026 implementation timeline, flagging any risks and dependencies.

• Assist with Alchemer Enterprise integration to ensure that survey responses and scoring are effectively routed into Partex.AI.

• Oversee integration health and data quality, troubleshooting issues in collaboration with Data and Technology teams.

• Maintain up-to-date integration documentation and ensure requirements traceability for UAT and validation.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the platform's data foundation with new internal, external, and study feedback sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a related capacity.

• Proficient in data integration requirements, field mapping, and business rules.

• Strong background in data quality analysis and agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated sectors.

• Knowledge of clinical trial operations and study-lifecycle data, particularly regarding feasibility and site selection.

• Familiarity with CTMS, EDC, IRT, Medidata, Citeline, ClinicalTrials.gov, or similar clinical data platforms.

• Understanding of decision-making processes related to investigator and site selection within a CRO context.

• Ability to comprehend schemas, APIs, and basic SQL.

• Capable of creating data/process flow documentation.

• Comfortable working with large, multi-source datasets.

• Familiar with MDM concepts.

• Practical experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, or OnePlan.

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, ideally at B2 to C1/C2 level, is essential.

• Candidates must reside in Central or South America.

• Must have access to a personal laptop/PC.

• Nice-to-have: experience in clinical, survey, SaaS, EDC/CTMS, or site intelligence platforms.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with Azure, Databricks, pipelines, GxP/CSV, lakehouse concepts, wireframing/mockups, or BA certifications.
