Business Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Manages client inquiries by collecting information through insightful questioning.

• Addresses product and training-related queries.

• Provides support and training to clients via phone, email, and live chat.

• Utilizes active listening skills to comprehend and advocate for customers' needs.

• Records the issue in Salesforce and proposes a solution.

• Remains informed about Meevo product knowledge and internal business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree preferred.

• Capable of typing at a speed greater than 35 words per minute.

• Access to a reliable Internet Service Provider.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Proficient with technology.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus!

• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
