• **What will I be doing**

• From your very first day, you will be immersed in a real client environment, assisting companies in the financial services sector to achieve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital business innovation, cloud technologies, and comprehensive solutions that encompass banking and insurance processes from start to finish.

• Alongside your team, you will manage projects by introducing our cutting-edge software solutions, ensuring that our clients' business models flourish through our consulting services.

• In doing so, you will develop a profound understanding of our products and the processes of our clients, enabling you to become a valued expert.

• **Degree Courses:**

• - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or Finance

• **Hard skills:**

• - Strong analytical abilities, including a capacity for quantitative reasoning (not solely qualitative arguments), along with the ability to estimate and make informed business judgments

• - Structured thinking and rigorous logic

• - Effective communication skills: capable of persuading and influencing others

• **Topics Expertise / Interest:**

• - Must have a keen interest in at least one of the following areas: Banking (Retail Banking / SME Banking / Transaction Banking and Payments & Cards / Retail Lending including Asset Finance and Mortgages / Commercial Banking), C4B, Embedded Finance (Bank Finance, Credit Risk Management), Insurance Finance, or emerging topics in Insurance (P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, Sales & Commission Management, Insurance Management)

• **Work experience:**
