This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Collaborate with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business requirements and design programs utilizing Rallyware offerings to achieve their business goals and objectives.
• Based on the program design, outline the scope of the business implementation project and create a detailed scope of work.
• Facilitate working sessions and meetings necessary to drive customer requirements, communicate status updates, and support risk mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills to foster a shared understanding of project timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations.
• Develop a training curriculum tailored to customer needs and product features.
• Employ motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, aiming to maximize customer utilization and improve retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to update/create end-user online self-directed training materials.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Rallyware products and solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Summarize and report on project status for internal management purposes.
• Ensure that all Rallyware team members are engaged and focused on achieving our customers’ ultimate objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, implementation, consulting, or customer-facing delivery within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers involving multiple stakeholders, approvals, dependencies, and executive visibility.
• Experience in delivering time-sensitive go-lives, including launch dates, milestones, and critical paths, beyond just onboarding or training.
• Familiarity with configurable SaaS platforms, involving administrative/configuration work, workflows, rules, integrations, and analytics.
• Direct selling experience is a plus, though not mandatory (experience in adjacent industries is acceptable).
• Advanced English proficiency is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Proven track record in project management with a clear focus on critical paths, milestones, owners, and risks.
• Strong risk management skills: capable of identifying launch risks early and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional delivery involving Product, Engineering, Support, and Configurations while keeping the customer aligned.
• Able to execute structured customer delivery processes such as kickoff meetings, weekly steering sessions, decision logs, action plans, and go-live readiness assessments.
• Ability to comprehend complex systems and constraints, translating them into realistic options for customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to clearly articulate complex solutions to various audiences.
• Comfortable producing documentation, specifications, and materials that explain software configurations or solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with both day-to-day administrators and senior stakeholders.
• Skilled at setting expectations: explains trade-offs, pushes back when necessary, and protects delivery timelines.
• Strong performance in high-pressure situations: adept at managing escalations and maintaining project momentum without panic.
