Business Security Partner – L5

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the security partnership for Marketing and Animation.

• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and convert business context into informed security advice.

• Direct security risk assessments and treatment strategies alongside cross-functional teams.

• Assess and provide recommendations regarding the security risks associated with GenAI tool adoption.

• Establish approval conditions and evaluate the provenance of training data and its handling.

• Collaborate with Legal and Privacy to create cohesive guidance.

• Maintain and enhance Business Risk Profiles for various business units.

• Prioritize and drive the remediation of critical risks.

• Enhance pre-release content protection for campaign materials, creative content, animation production processes, and studio workstation settings.

• Work in conjunction with Content Security and partner SPA teams to synchronize controls with content sensitivity.

• Assist in M&A technical security due diligence for acquisitions and subsidiaries.

• Create reports and metrics that convey risk posture and business security initiatives to SPA leadership and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience functioning as a security partner or advisor.

• Skilled in building trust with business stakeholders, translating technical risks into business terms, and influencing decisions without direct authority.

• Hands-on experience in advising on or assessing security risks related to GenAI systems.

• Comprehensive security domain knowledge spanning application security, cloud security, identity and access management, and data governance.

• Ability to navigate across security domains and discern when to delve deeply versus summarize findings.

• Strong instincts for stakeholder partnership and the capability to convert technical insights into business decisions.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and emerging technology landscapes.

• Possess a framework for reasoning under uncertainty and making recommendations when complete information is unavailable.

• Experience in M&A or technical due diligence is advantageous but not mandatory.
