• Accountable for handling inbound telesales of Comcast services aimed at small-to-medium business clients.

• Achieve and surpass sales targets by converting opportunities from incoming calls.

• Maintain accurate and current records in the CRM software.

• Oversee the customer relationship from the initial call until the issue is resolved.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience while representing Comcast in a professional manner.

• Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Prior wireless experience is highly preferred.

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
