📋 Description

• Accountable for handling inbound telesales of Comcast services targeted at small-to-medium business clients

• Achieve and surpass sales targets through inbound call interactions

• Maintain accurate and current information within CRM software

• Provide an exceptional customer experience

• Oversee customer relations from the initial call through to closure

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 0-2 Years of Relevant Work Experience

• Wireless experience is highly preferred

• Background in sales or telesales is required
