Business Operations Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for working collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to gather, analyze, comprehend, and confirm requirements for modifications to processes and systems.

• Recognize risks, dependencies, and possible obstacles.

• Facilitate meetings/sessions to devise solutions that fulfill business requirements.

• Develop and design solutions that support operations in achieving key business goals.

• Adhere to well-defined procedures to accomplish daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Utilize existing protocols to resolve straightforward issues without the frequent need for discretion.

• Employ fundamental communication skills to engage with internal and/or external clients and/or team members.

• Undertake all other responsibilities as assigned by management.

• An individual contributor operating under direct supervision with limited autonomy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Generally requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
