This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +15 more states.
• Lead or assist in various Business Process Optimization activities, including project management and business process mapping.
• Act as a primary contact for Procore platform strategy and user assistance across different teams.
• Facilitate training sessions for both internal and external users.
• Collaborate to identify, refine, and automate processes related to construction.
• Provide continuous support for business users, including addressing application issues and maintaining system configuration.
• Demonstrated experience as a Procore administrator, product owner, or power user within a construction or engineering setting.
• Solid understanding of construction project lifecycles, compliance, safety, and quality control standards.
• Background in business process analysis, project delivery, and change management.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and construction turnover documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively across teams and functions.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, MIS, or a combination of relevant education and experience is preferred.
