Business Process Improvement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and implement enhancements in engineering processes, workflows, tools, and training initiatives.

• Assist in the development and execution of metrics and KPIs across various engineering fields, creating a foundational framework for data collection and reporting.

• Promote collaboration among engineering teams from different disciplines, emphasizing compliance, process enhancement, resource optimization, and skill development.

• Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering best practices throughout all levels of the organization.

• Collaborate closely with training stakeholders to guide the design and implementation of engineering learning and development programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Over 12 years of engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years dedicated to process improvement, operational excellence, or engineering excellence.

• In-depth understanding of systems engineering and systems thinking, as well as system development lifecycles.

• Demonstrated experience in establishing metrics/KPI frameworks, gathering and collection processes, and reporting frameworks specifically for engineering data.

• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities.

• Knowledge of industry-standard toolsets such as Jira, Confluence, Requirements Management applications, SYSML/UML (Cameo/MagicDraw preferred), PowerBI, etc.

• Preferred: Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

• Citizenship Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen.
