• Ensures that processes comply with established regulatory, compliance, and risk standards.
• Aids in the documentation of processes, including procedures, process maps, and other supporting materials.
• Maintains process documentation to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and alignment with actual execution.
• Participates in testing activities for process and system modifications.
• Identifies gaps, issues, and inefficiencies while proposing enhancements.
• Supports the implementation of process improvements, including simplification and automation initiatives.
• Monitors and tracks process performance metrics, providing support for KPI reporting.
• Assists in conducting root cause analysis to resolve process-related issues.
• Collaborates with stakeholders from Virtual Connect, Compliance, Risk, and Technology.
• Aids in change management and adoption efforts.
• Addresses process-related issues and ensures their resolution.
• Contributes to continuous improvement through insights gained from execution.
• 3–7 years of experience in process management, operations, or Retail Investments.
• Strong understanding of process workflows and controls.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience in documentation and process mapping.
