Business Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive process assessments from start to finish, documenting workflows, handoffs, controls, and dependencies.

• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to uncover bottlenecks, cost drivers, performance deficiencies, and risk exposure.

• Lead discovery and collaborative sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams.

• Create actionable enhancements, including optimized workflows, automation possibilities, and procedural or organizational improvements.

• Recognize and apply AI-driven process improvements (machine learning, intelligent automation, generative AI).

• Develop business cases and return on investment (ROI) models to assess impact and assist in prioritization.

• Design future-state processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, and system-related requirements.

• Aid in change management by aligning stakeholders, facilitating communication, providing training, and tracking adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, or roles focused on continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC methodologies.

• Experience working within global, matrixed organizations.

• Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, workflow tools, system implementations).

• PMP certification or an equivalent qualification.

• Background in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
