Business Process Analyst, Kinaxis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration of the Kinaxis platform, including security, roles, and performance monitoring.

• Create custom logic and calculations to meet specific needs.

• Manage data models, mapping structures, and hierarchies efficiently.

• Facilitate data loading, transformations, and validation processes.

• Develop what-if scenarios based on business requirements.

• Design and implement dashboards, reports, and automations.

• Oversee Kinaxis environments (Development, Testing, Production) alongside our associated Oracle EBS environments.

• Collaborate with the Development team to integrate Kinaxis with Oracle EBS and other necessary enterprise systems.

• Provide support for demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP / IBP processes within the Kinaxis Application.

• Work alongside Business Analysts to comprehend requirements, develop and document technical solutions, and serve as a change champion within the organization.

• Assist with testing, deployments, and ongoing production support.

• Engage with stakeholders, providing training and promoting adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.

• In-depth knowledge of demand management and supply chain planning.

• Experience with ERP integration, including Oracle, Salesforce.com, and other enterprise applications.

• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
