Business Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collect, assess, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Convert operational needs into functional specifications and solutions.

• Collaborate across departments to validate and ensure the accuracy of both business and technical requirements.

• Oversee the intake, prioritization, and tracking of requests and projects.

• Facilitate delivery across teams, including Quality Assurance (QA), development, and releases.

• Take ownership of the rollout of features and functions, coordinating QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while also managing releases with other relevant tools and teams.

• Ensure that solutions align with requirements through QA, UAT, and validation processes.

• Monitor system performance and address issues affecting quality control procedures.

• Maintain subject matter expertise across various systems and processes.

• Establish and uphold standards, documentation, and process governance.

• Lead issue resolution, solution validation, and knowledge sharing initiatives to promote continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in corporate travel with direct exposure to Travel Quality Systems and GDS scripting: Concur Compleat, iQCX, AQUA, etc.

• Familiarity with Sabre Scribe or Sabre Red Apps.

• Knowledge of Amadeus Smart Scripts, Smart Flows, and Quality Monitor.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with at least two GDS platforms (Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport Plus), including an understanding of industry practices and corporate travel standards.

• Exhibits strong communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively setting and managing expectations with both internal and external partners.

• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities, working independently, and consistently delivering high-quality results on schedule.
