Business Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct SAP data mining and generate reports using Business Warehouse.

• Offer business analysis, technical proficiency, and expertise in business processes and data.

• Assist in making decisions regarding new or modified Information Systems solutions and services.

• Gather and convert project and change requirements into specifications for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Utilize business process knowledge to shape and align Information Systems solutions and services.

• Support the activities involved in building and delivering solutions.

• Manage SAP master data.

• Report directly to the Sales Admin, Business Process & Tools Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree/High School Diploma with 8+ years of applicable experience is required.

• At least 3 years of experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong skills in SAP.

• Proven commitment to data integrity with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the US.

• Preferred: Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution, MM, and Customer Service Modules.

• Preferred: Familiarity with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query).

• Preferred: Experience using reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Power BI.

• Preferred: Background in Project Management.
