📋 Description

• Oversees intricate data and business analyses to formulate business strategies and provide recommendations.

• Operates autonomously to create sophisticated statistical and financial models aimed at predicting business outcomes.

• Establishes the metrics necessary for assessing business performance, contrasts actual data with forecasted figures, and devises a process for recognizing and addressing performance discrepancies.

• Manages intricate, time-sensitive market research initiatives and integrates data and information to pinpoint relevant trends and subsequent actions.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams throughout the entire spectrum of business planning activities.

• Contributes to priority initiatives involving complex analyses and aids in formulating recommendations.

• Partners closely with business leaders to craft business strategies based on historical and projected data and reports.

• Develops forward-looking business plan suggestions considering potential risks and rewards.

• Identifies innovative analytical tools, models, and methodologies for making critical business decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires 4-6 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related field.

• Requires a first-level university degree.

• Proven knowledge of research methodologies and the capability to manage complex data requests.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation abilities.

• Capacity to learn and utilize new analytical techniques to devise creative business analysis approaches.

• Extensive proficiency in Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

• Strong business acumen and technical expertise within the area of responsibility.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Robust project management capabilities.

• Developed skills in relationship management.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

• Proficient in identifying and summarizing pertinent trends from market and industry data.
