📋 Description

• Oversees intricate data and business analyses to formulate business strategies and provide recommendations.

• Operates autonomously to build sophisticated statistical and financial models that predict business performance.

• Establishes the necessary metrics to evaluate business performance, contrasts actual data with projected values, and devises processes for recognizing and addressing performance discrepancies.

• Manages demanding, time-sensitive market research initiatives and integrates data and information to uncover significant trends and subsequent actions.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams throughout the entire business planning process.

• Contributes to high-priority projects with complex analyses and aids in formulating recommendations.

• Works closely with business leaders to craft business plans grounded in historical and forecasted data and reports.

• Develops actionable business plan recommendations based on potential risks and rewards.

• Identifies innovative analytical tools, models, and methods essential for making critical business decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires 4-6 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related fields.

• A first-level university degree is required.

• Proven expertise in research methodologies and the capability to handle complex data requests.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation abilities.

• Capacity to learn and apply new analytical techniques to devise innovative approaches to business analysis.

• Extensive proficiency in Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

• Strong business insight and technical knowledge within the relevant area of responsibility.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Robust project management capabilities.

• Well-developed relationship management skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

• Competence in identifying and summarizing pertinent trends from market and industry data.
