This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage a delivery team with an emphasis on production metrics, service level agreements, quality assurance, and continuous process enhancement.
• Leverage expertise in insurance operations and reporting, applying LEAN methodologies to provide exceptional service while fostering team engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Team Manager to offer ongoing feedback and assist in problem-solving initiatives.
• Direct the team in delivering business operations services, which include Workflow management & service delivery, Process enhancement & Innovation, User acceptance testing, and change readiness, as well as Team Development & Engagement.
• Ensure that the team meets the established service level agreements.
• Proactively escalate production issues to facilitate swift resolutions.
• Identify, lead, and coordinate opportunities for process improvements.
• Monitor capacity and resources for effective planning.
• Foster and enhance team engagement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in PowerBI with experience in views and customization.
• Advanced data analysis capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of Insurance/Financial concepts.
• Familiarity with User-Based Technology, including tools like Alteryx, PowerBI, Smartsheet, etc.
