This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Manage the complete sales and recruiting workflows utilizing Bullhorn and its network of marketplace partners.
• Recognize areas of friction and reengineer processes to enhance speed, consistency, and productivity.
• Standardize workflows among teams while ensuring essential adaptability remains.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Bullhorn along with key integrations (such as SourceWhale, Candidately, Alex, and other related tools).
• Continuously improve system structure (fields, pipelines, automations) to meet changing business requirements.
• Ensure that systems enhance productivity rather than relying on manual workarounds.
• Collaborate directly with sales and recruiting teams to grasp real-world workflow necessities.
• Convert business requirements into actionable system solutions.
• Introduce scalable solutions and advocate for better approaches when necessary.
• Act as the key integration lead among Bullhorn and marketplace partners.
• Work in tandem with vendor technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Guarantee seamless data flow and system interoperability across various platforms.
• Identify and execute workflow enhancements utilizing Microsoft 365, Copilot/Copilot Cowork, and Power Platform.
• Initiate and expand AI-driven workflows that boost productivity and decrease manual tasks.
• Enhance data hygiene and structure to facilitate improved decision-making.
• Assist with reporting workflows and dashboards as required.
• 3–6+ years of experience with sales and/or recruitment technology platforms in a staffing, recruiting, or sales-focused environment.
• Practical experience with Bullhorn or an equivalent ATS/CRM platform.
• A strong desire to learn, experiment, and utilize AI platforms (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to enhance productivity.
• Proven capability to configure workflows, pipelines, and automations.
• Excellent ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Comfortable engaging directly with business users in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
