Business Operations – Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Redefining our pricing and packaging approach.

• Expanding the organization into the APAC region via Singapore.

• Identifying and assessing new commercial opportunities.

• Leading initiatives for AI adoption across the company.

• Conducting in-depth data analysis to uncover opportunities and address challenges.

• Collaborating with RevOps to enhance our go-to-market infrastructure.

• Minimizing rework and duplication within our business systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in business or strategy operations, strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a comparable analytical and execution-focused role at a high-growth technology firm.

• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from diagnosis to completion (beyond just analysis and recommendations).

• Strong quantitative abilities; skilled in conducting your own data analysis without the aid of a dedicated analyst.

• Knowledge of SaaS business models, go-to-market systems, and the mechanisms by which a B2B company generates and retains revenue.

• Clear and concise written communication skills — much of the cross-functional collaboration occurs asynchronously and in writing.

• High tolerance for ambiguity, combined with the discernment to know when to act and when to seek guidance.

• Intellectual curiosity with a strong aversion to leaving known issues unresolved.
