Business Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the systems that support our revenue operations, including Salesforce, quotes, sales orders, and reporting.

• Collaborate with Sales leads to generate precise quotes and sales orders.

• Ensure the accuracy of pipeline and forecasting data within Salesforce.

• Manage Salesforce administration, support users, and oversee fields and reports.

• Create consolidated reports that integrate various data sources.

• Develop and enhance AI-assisted workflows to replace manual tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration within a commercial SaaS organization.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience administering a modern CRM system (Salesforce or similar).

• Proven fluency in AI applications, particularly in integrating LLMs or automation tools into workflows.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Familiarity with order-to-cash processes.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
