Business Operations Oversight Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee first-line Enterprise Business Operations Services for regulatory deliverables, reporting, and audit coordination.

• Analyze and review operational deliverables and data reports to guarantee accurate and timely submissions.

• Assess new and evolving regulatory requirements against existing processes and identify necessary updates.

• Relay recommendations for process updates to cross-functional leadership.

• Provide support for business implementations to ensure process compliance.

• Manage end-to-end audit response activities, including evaluating auditor requests, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and reviewing and approving audit documentation.

• Foster alignment among cross-functional leadership to reduce compliance risks and enhance operational effectiveness.

• Identify compliance risks and lead focused operational audits and control reviews.

• Advise business stakeholders on trends observed through regulatory reviews and audit outcomes.

• Consult on remediation efforts for findings related to regulatory non-compliance.

• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, compliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in compliance, regulatory, or related fields.

• Required experience with auditing and reporting processes, action plans, and compliance training.

• Capability to review and analyze operational deliverables and data reports for precision and timeliness.

• Proficiency in interpreting new and changing regulatory requirements.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing audit requests.

• Ability to identify compliance risks and assist in the remediation of findings related to regulatory non-compliance.
