Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional operational projects

• Organize strategic initiatives for company executives

• Enhance and refine internal procedures

• Supervise operational vendors and manage third-party partnerships

• Coordinate company subscriptions, software applications, and operational resources

• Assist leadership in the planning and execution of growth strategies

• Identify opportunities to utilize AI and automation to enhance efficiency, including the use of Claude and Claude Cowork to optimize internal workflows

• Maintain proposal templates and presentation materials

• Update client case studies

• Organize conference materials

• Support business development efforts

• Maintain company templates and branded materials

• Ensure consistent branding across all presentations and communications

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, operations, executive support, events, or a similar field

• Outstanding organizational and project management abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Highly skilled in AI tools, with practical experience using Claude and Claude Cowork or similar AI assistants for research, drafting, process design, and workflow automation

• Preferred experience in professional services, private equity, finance, or business operations
