📋 Description

• Oversee performance management and reporting to leadership across Ladder: you will serve as a central resource for business data and communication, acting as the primary liaison for product and performance data. When performance varies, you’ll understand the reasons behind it.

• Create new analytics and data processes: familiarize yourself with Ladder’s data workflows and dashboards, collaborating internally with engineering, data science, and other stakeholders to enhance efficiency.

• Lead or manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously. Examples include: crafting business cases for new product concepts, assessing the effects of changes in our user funnel, or strategizing to enhance monetization efforts.

• Prioritize and assess initiatives: analyze impact, resource needs, and implementation schedules for various initiatives.

• Collaborate and coordinate across functions: you will need to navigate through Ladder’s departments, collecting and analyzing data from diverse sources to guide decision-making at all organizational levels.

• Establish efficient processes and introduce new systems: you will identify the most critical business initiatives and areas for improvement, devising new processes or implementing systems to actualize them.


⛳️ Requirements

• Start-up mindset with a willingness to dive in and tackle challenges.

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in a business strategy role (BizOps, management consulting, etc.), data science, or product management.

• Proficiency in handling large datasets and conducting practical statistical analyses, including with SQL.

• Proven capability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.

• Strong passion for addressing intricate problems and developing scalable processes.

• Remarkable ability to navigate uncertainty and anticipate future challenges.

• Flawless attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness.

• Competence in managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and working to deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
