This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead cross-functional projects from conception to execution, encompassing requirements gathering, scope definition, milestone planning, stakeholder communication, adoption, and impact assessment.
• Recognize systemic operational gaps across EOR domains and coordinate remediation efforts with responsible owners and partners, ensuring that changes do not result in downstream manual tasks or unintended consequences.
• Foster cross-domain visibility and alignment within EOR Operations by maintaining clarity on initiatives, dependencies, risks, and decision-making processes.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled enhancements to EOR operating mechanisms, ensuring accuracy, security, and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate prioritization and sequencing for tasks that span multiple EOR domains, regions, or involve cross-functional handoffs; establish streamlined governance and escalation procedures for prioritization conflicts.
• Manage recurring reporting inputs (efficiency, quality, throughput, risk signals) and translate insights into actionable recommendations, following through with responsible owners.
• Establish and continuously refine EOR-wide operating mechanisms (intake/routing, handoffs, escalation procedures, documentation standards, and reusable SOP patterns) to minimize misrouting, duplication, and work stoppages.
• Assist in managing audit and compliance programs for cross-functional initiatives (evidence collection, stakeholder alignment, remediation tracking).
• Collaborate effectively with Product/Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, Finance, and EOR Ops leadership to align on cross-domain operational requirements and facilitate smooth execution across multiple areas (e.g., Payroll + PEO + EOR).
• Adapt to any project work as required by business needs within EOR Operations.
• Proven experience in business operations, program/project management, operational excellence, or a similar cross-functional capacity (preferably in EOR Operations or a related environment).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder tasks from problem identification through to delivery, adoption, and evaluation.
• Ability to facilitate alignment among teams with varying priorities and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Thoughtful use of AI to enhance workflows and incorporate it into solution design where it significantly increases quality, speed, or clarity.
• Proficiency in working with operational metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Sigma, Zendesk, Google Sheets) and translating data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent writing skills with a focus on transparent, effective asynchronous communication with peers and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, structured, and capable of managing oneself with high ownership and follow-through.
• Passion for improving systems and workflows, with demonstrated examples of enhancing processes to be faster, clearer, and more scalable.
• Quick to act with intention, demonstrating sound judgment regarding trade-offs, risks, and when escalation is necessary.
